With the changing of the season, our website will be changing as well. Over the next couple of months you will notice the website taking on a new and improved look! We have decided it is time for a clean up and to also make the site a bit more modern. Don’t worry though, the site will still be colorful! We are still making decisions on the exact direction but here is a sneak peak at some design concepts: new logo, color palette, and typography.
This month we get to learn about Guemes Island’s Marietta Harrigan. She is a painter who beautifully captures her surroundings. Her tools are oils and pastels, and the results are exceptional pieces of art. The colors and contrasts are visually stimulating and bring pure joy to the observer. Read more about Marietta HERE.
This month’s feature is about the return of Trunk or Treat! Devon is on the look out for people who want to decorate their car’s trunk and hand out treats and trinkets to Guemes Island kids on Halloween. MORE INFORMATION
The month of October is all about celebrating the beautiful colors of autumn and all the spookiness that comes with it! Take a look at all the other spooky art or artwork filled with the vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows of autumn HERE.
