Allen Moe is an artist the likes of which people have rarely seen. His mediums include chicken feet, bones, fish parts, road kill, latex caulk, and a cement-like compound. The resulting artwork is unique, to say the least.

With cool temperatures, but not a breath of wind, the parade of glowing orbs, birds, and other critters, set out to celebrate art and the environment. The participants in the 4th Annual Earth Day Luminary Parade marched (or danced) to the music from brass instruments.
