GUEMES ISLAND ART
Winter Art Market and Studio Tour

Welcome to an island brimming with creativity for the Winter Art Market and Studio Tour on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 10:00 to 4:00. At the heart of the event there is wonderful art and creative crafts. With 36 booths and a total of 49 artists represented, a fabulous range of art offerings are available. Colorful oil paintings, carved wood, delicate jewelry, textiles, and much more from artists of all ages.
Start your tour at the Community Hall which is Art Market # 1, to pick up a map and check out the Bake Sale. Art Markets at Spirit of Guemes (Church) #2, and Guemes General Store #3 are also easy walking distance from the ferry. One studio #8 is also close to the ferry, while the other four would require personal transportation.
Enhancing the experience are two action demonstrations:
-
Beacon Glass Studio will be blowing glass throughout the day. Located at the far NW corner of the island; the destination is worth the drive.
-
Guemes Store (Art Market #3), nearest the ferry, is hosting Japanese Gyotaku print demos with an opportunity to try it yourself!
Join in the fun and support island artists!
